How do I change my stored STIHL servicing dealers?

Note: Before you prepare your STIHL product for use, put it into operation, clean, transport, store, maintain, repair, troubleshoot or dispose of it, please read the instruction manual carefully. The instruction manual contains safety instructions and supports you in using your STIHL product in a safe and environmentally friendly manner over a long service life.

STIHL connected Portal:
Click on "Organisation" and then on " Dealers" in the drop-down menu. Under "Add dealer" you can search for the name, address or location of the preferred dealer. Once the dealer has been selected, it can also be deleted again.

STIHL connected App:
In the STIHL connected App you can add a preferred dealer via "My Connected" > "Dealers" > "Add dealer". You can search for the name, address or location of the preferred dealer. Once the dealer has been selected, it can also be deleted again.

Important: Add the desired STIHL dealer for each product separately in the product details if you want to send a maintenance request directly to your dealer.
